Simon is an Advisor to Langham Capital. He is responsible for a number of our senior client relationships across mergers and acquisitions in the Technology, IT Services and BPO space. Simon previously worked as an independent consultant and entrepreneur, and prior to that as a Fund Manager at Credit Suisse Asset Management, where he brought in and managed over $1bn of new business.
Simon has been involved in a range of consulting and advisory activities. These include managing an Indian IT services company on the acquisition of a UK consultancy practice, advising a global VC on the acquisition of an insurance software company, and advising an Indian telecommunications services provider on a European entry strategy. While at Credit Suisse Asset Management he formulated a strategy for entry into China, and designed and implemented the fixed income risk-management systems in the UK. His consulting experience also includes advising on the merger of two post-production media houses; market evaluation and European expansion strategy for a wireless services company; product and market evaluation and strategy for a pharmaceutical start-up.
Simon holds a first class honours degree in Natural Sciences from Trinity College, Cambridge and an MBA with distinction from INSEAD. He was the recipient of a Kennedy Scholarship to the Harvard Graduate School of Arts and Sciences.
